At Newgate World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new clock or watch isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back into its original Newgate branded packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
